Not satisfied with your product?

You have the right to revoke the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The revocation period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically takes possession of the goods.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal?

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us through an unambiguous statement (for example, in writing, by post, or via email) that you wish to revoke the agreement. The easiest way is to fill in, print, and send us the European model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

We will refund the full purchase price (including any shipping and payment costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. However, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the products back, or you have provided proof of having sent them back. If you return only part of your order, delivery costs will not be refunded. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, no fees will be charged for such reimbursement. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you have demonstrated that you have returned them, whichever comes first. You must return the goods to us without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract. You are on time if you send the goods back before the 14-day period has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are your responsibility.

Note: The product must not have been used and must be returned in as original a condition as possible. Preferably use the original packaging to avoid damage during shipping.

Of course, we understand that you will take the product out of its packaging to see if it meets your expectations. However, if the product is unnecessarily damaged, we may charge you for the reduction in value. This also applies to an unstamped return shipment. In that case, we may deduct those costs from your refund. If we do charge for costs, it means you will not receive a full refund of your original purchase amount.

Note: Personalized bottles cannot be returned.

The love between you and your Dopper product is for life, but things can always happen. Naturally, you want to know your rights in such cases. All products you purchase from us are covered by the legal warranty. Legal warranty means that a product must do what you can reasonably expect it to do. We have a generous warranty policy: you have a 5-year warranty for normal use of your Dopper product.

If you bought your Dopper product through an official Dopper retailer, you can also contact them if you experience an issue with the product. However, you can always contact our service department via the Help Center with any questions or concerns (even outside the warranty period). We can quickly repair your Dopper product with the right treatment.

If you have a complaint about our products or service, you can contact us via info@dopper.com. You will receive a substantive response from us within 14 days of receiving your complaint.

Are you not satisfied with how your complaint has been handled? You can submit it to the Thuiswinkel Dispute Committee, Postbus 90600, 2509 LP, The Hague (www.sgc.nl). You can also submit your complaint to the Dispute Committee through the European ODR Platform.
